Team Based Lesson Planning (TBLP) periods provide regular protected time for teachers teaching the same subjects within the level to plan lessons together. It also allows teachers to to share best practices, and for more experienced teachers to mentor beginning teachers.

The primary objective of each TBLP session is to prepare lessons for the coming week, and to review the topics taught in the previous week. Pupils benefit from TBLP as our teachers learn and review on our teaching strategies and pedagogy.
