Welcome to West View Primary
Introduction

Meet CIRA [/sira/], the school mascot. CIRA is a lion cub. This lion cub has been identified because of its cheerful and curious traits. These traits are similar to what a child possesses. Curiosity and the ability to explore and enquire are fundamentals to being an independent learner - something we, at West View want our pupils to be.

CIRA is unique and has a lovable character. The pupils will be able to identify CIRA as a figure who brings joy and happiness in their daily life. CIRA will also be a positive role model who influences and motivates them intrinsically to display good behaviour and attitude. CIRA is a significant icon to characterize the school values of Care, Integrity, Resilience and Aspiration.
