Mdm Yow Aihui, Chinese Language teacher of West View Primary School won the Inspiring Chinese Language Teacher Award 2011.13 Chinese Language (CL) teachers, out of 121 nominees, from primary and secondary schools and junior colleges had won the "Inspiring Chinese Teachers Award 2011". Jointly organised by ZB and Singapore Middle School Chinese Teachers’ Association and supported by MOE, the Award aimed to recognise and commend CL teachers for their contributions to Chinese Language and culture education.
